Open Enrollment - Open enrollment for Excel Christian Academy is only available for students 6th grade and below. Open enrollment begins April 1st and closes on July 31st each year for the upcoming school year. If considering Excel for your child, please first read everything you can on our website. All enrolling families are also required to read our handbook and watch the Presenting ACE informative video about our curriculum.

Once you have completed everything above, please call our church secretary at 903-732-3998 and have your name put on our waiting list to be invited to a group tour and Q&A session at the end of the school year. Attendance at this meeting will also be required for enrollment. Spaces are limited and not every child can be guaranteed enrollment for the following school year.
Application and Enrollment Fee $125 per family (Nonrefundable and to be paid prior to testing.)
Tuition (including paces) Discounts are based on several students living in the same home.
1st student - $3750 per year
2nd student - $3500 per year
3rd student - $3250 per year
All students beyond 3 will be $3000 per year per student.
o Payment plan options for one child(if you are not able to pay in full at the beginning of the school year).
- Pay $1875 August 1st and $1875 January 1st
- Ten month payment plan of $375 a month due the first of
each month August through May.
Payment plans may be set up for all tuition amounts based on the above plans.
o Please do not ask ECA to take your payments late. Our curriculum, staff and other necessities are dependent on your prompt payments.
o If interested, our administrators would be more than happy to do a free budgeting session with you. Contact us to schedule an appointment and be prepared to bring one month’s bills and income to use in setting up your budget.
